The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle and effective way to deepen your sense of how you move in your physical body. Through greater awareness of how you move, it’s possible to have more choices for how to move, and more ways to navigate comfort, discomfort, and pain.

The Feldenkrais Method was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the mid-20th century. Dr. Feldenkrais was interested in people developing a more complete sense of themselves through increasing awareness of how they move. He worked with individuals doing hands-on work and with groups giving verbal instruction on how to move.
