Feldenkrais Method
The Feldenkrais Method was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the mid-20th century. Dr. Feldenkrais was interested in people developing a more complete sense of themselves through increasing awareness of how they move. He worked with individuals doing hands-on work and with groups giving verbal instruction on how to move.
